Monday – My brother dropped me off in the middle of the woods to run(not creepy). I ran 4 miles, but could not go any further due to the heat and hills.

Tuesday – I ran 6 miles through my neighborhood. It took me about an hour, but I felt GREAT:) When I got home I lifted weights and did a core workout.

Wednesday – Yesterday I ran a 5k at race pace, but I did not feel good and was averaging about 7:30 minute miles. I was a little discouraged when I got home.

Thursday – Type B workout – 10 minute warm up, hill repeats, fartleks, and 20 minute cooldown. I will probably lift weights and do another core workout today!
