I know it gets old seeing this everyday but these are PROTEIN OATS!

1/4 cup of steel-cut oats

1 egg white

1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt

Scoop of vanilla whey protein powder

1/2 cup of pumpkin

– Now top it all off with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a shredded date

Earl Grey Tea Latte with non fat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup

  1. I always get a latte coffee-style, didn’t know tea was an option, and now I’m intrigued…And I miss pumpkin in my oats, but I can never find the canned stuff out of season–stocking up for a year as soon as it’s fall!
