What I need to run:)

The most important thing I run with is my heart rate monitor! It is the single piece of equipment that has completely changed my running ability not only speed wise, but also endurance wise. I also always have my iPod and in my bag energy bars and Gatorade for after I work out.

  1. I’ve never run with a HR monitor before. I will need to try it out sometime.

    So exciting starting your training for your first half marathon! I only ran my first half last year and I still remember every step of the way. You will do amazing!
